Hi guys!
So today I've spent the day on the beach with my mom to celebrate her birthday.
Honestly I have to say that I've never been a fanatic of the sea and the beach, however the breeze and the waves' sound have really put me in a good mood after a crazy week of studies.
I think that the main mistake that all of us do constantly is running around- neither it's to school, nor work, or any other duties that we have, we forget to take a minute to just stop, breathe and look around you and see what we are missing while we are running our busy life and schedule.
On our way home we stopped by and had lunch at a very nice restaurant called "Little Prague" in which they serve authentic traditional czech food. For entree we had stuffed champignon along with some tartar sauce.
For the main course, I decided to take the place's speciality dish, which is called "CHERNOHORSKY STEAK"- basically it's a ham or chicken fillet, cooked in potato flour and some emmental cheese on top. My mom took some pancakes alonf with whipped cream and sweetened cream cheese.

So my tip for all of you guys (and for myself also) today is - Stop, breathe, look around you, have a nice cup of coffee or tea, and look at the world around you and just RELAX!!
